All charitable activities of Saraswati Nethralaya are carried out through the Saraswati Charitable Trust. Patients examined at the charitable dispensaries/ Camps requiring further specialized examination, investigation or treatment including surgeries, are seen at Saraswati Nethralaya , where they are treated totally free of cost. Many activities of the Saraswati Charitable trust  are possible because of the generosity of several public organizations like Bharat Vikas Parishad & Jci Karnal. Saraswati Nethralaya is indebted to all donors who assist in enabling the charitable work to be carried out.

Several screening camps like Glaucoma, Diabetic Retinopathy, Cataract detection and school health program are organized frequently.

We have endorsed old age homes where regular eye check ups and treatment required  of inmates is done free of cos.
